Performance For Treatment / Cure of HIV/AIDS

G.P.Institute / Hospital of Alternate Therapies & Research Centre, has come into light for the purpose of treating HIV / AIDS patients. It is a known fact to everyone today that HIV/AIDS is a global burning problem, for which there is no answer in the medical world today.

Dr.P.S.V.Satyanarayana has come out with an answer for this grave problem in the year 1993. Since then, he has been approaching various prestigious institutions, Conferences, and organizations of the Government so that he can give the fruits of his rigorous research to all the suffering with HIV/AIDS.

In continuation of his efforts, he has established G.P.Institute/Hospital of Alternate Therapies & Research Centre, Hyderabad, a 30-bedded hospital in the heart of the city with a panel of Doctors in all fields for treating the patients.

In this institute till now 600 HIV/AIDS patients have been treated as an outpatient with the combination of 4 unique medicines in Ayurveda propounded by Dr.P.S.V.Satyanarayana. The course for HIV / AIDS patients is 4 months.

Basing on the Individual analysis:

As on date HIV patients who are having dreaded diseases like T.B. Cancer, etc., suffering with AIDS cases and some advanced cases also 75 to 85% can be cured after completion of 4 months course with complete diet restrictions. The reports of the patients shows negative with in 1 to 3 years according to the virus present in the patient and also when the patient follow our precaution after treatment without fail as in normal HIV patient 99 to 100%.

Practical experience:

Patients should follow certain restrictions advised by us during and after the course period in order to achieve the best results. It is also our practical experience with HIV/AIDS patients that are under-going excess of sexual intercourse i.e. before and after completion of treatment, which results in decrease of CD4-count in the body. As viral load will come down quickly for those who do not under go excess of sexual intercourse.

The main symptom i.e. malaise (feverishness) subsides completely within 24 to 48 hours, it indicates reduction of virus immediately which disappears during death only and appetite is regained, (it also indicates reduction of virus immediately). if the patient is not having any associated diseases like Cancer, T.B., Malaria, Typhoid etc. Actually AIDS patients do not suffer from fever, but they suffer with feverishness i.e. body heat/malaise. If the AIDS patients are having fever it must be due to any associated disease/infection like T.B., Typhoid, Malaria etc. It can be cured with Allopathy simultaneously with our drugs for HIV/AIDS. Some misunderstand that this is due to HIV/AIDS. So they are not taking any interest to diagnose the patient other than HIV/AIDS. So some of the patients lose their life due to advanced T.B., Typhoid, Malaria etc due to lack of proper treatment.

NOTE - The most advantage of this medicine (therapy) is one can use Allopathy medicine simultaneously in the management of acute symptoms without any side effect, as it is not contra- indicated with any Allopathy medicine.

Diagnosis of HIV treated patients:

1. Viral load / HIV-RNA-PCR-ULTRA QUANT:

Through Viral Load Test a patient can know his exact condition i.e. if the patient is having 100s of virus in 1ml of plasma, then he will get negative within 6 months to 1 year. On the other hand, if the patient is having 1000s of virus in 1ml of blood, then he will get negative within 1 to 2 years. In addition, if the patient is having lakhs of virus in 1 ml of blood, then he will get negative within 2 to 3 years. For almost all patients result is same in almost all aspects if viral load get difference after treatment. The viral load result also depends on the behavior of the patient especially avoidance / limitations of intercourse. Thus from the above discussion it must have been very clear that through Viral load test one can know in how much duration of time patient gets negative and also know how much HIV viral is destroyed with in few days/months after the completion of treatment.

2. Western Blot Method:

In case of Western Blot Test the patient can only know how many bands are present and after treatment how many bands are reduced. Therefore, this test is useful than Elisa test as it shows how many bands disappeared in certain period. But at the same-time it is not possible to know in how many days / months negative occurs till disappearance of all bands. In case of viral load test it has become very easy for us as well as to the patients now because when they are tested through this test they get confidence as to in how many days they can get negative and be assured of it.

3. Elisa test:

Through Elisa Test, one can know whether HIV is present or not but not how much virus is present. Even after the treatment, also he may get the word positive only through this test but not the exact position. If the patient had 10% or 90% of virus left in his body, the result would be shown positive. In other words what percentage of virus is present in the patient's body will not be known. Patients, who are eager to know their result, lose confidence, as even if the percentage of virus is getting reduced, it cannot be brought to light through this test. That is each time the patient is tested, even if he is having 10% or 90% of HIV virus also his report shows positive. Until the patient gets negative i.e. in some cases it may taken even 1 to 3 years. Meanwhile any associated disease/fever may develop, then at that time, it is generally thinking that it is due to HIV. So some persons belonging to the medical line also think like that and give suggestions to patients that it is due to HIV/AIDS but it is not due to T.B. or any other associated fever i.e. Typhoid or M.P. etc.

4. CD4 test :

After treatment all most all patients' absolute CD4 count Increased / became normal if they are having any associated diseases especially like T.B..

DRUGS(CAPS): During the treatment the following drugs are given to the patient : -

AVALMIC -I 200mg: -This combination of drug promotes and maintain the immune mechanism at optimum level by reducing the causative factor (virus) of the disease. So it is the drug of choice for dreaded diseases like HIV/AIDS and cancer etc., It destroys 52 % of HIV virus in vitro.

AVALMIC-II 250mg: -This combination of drug is indicated for repair of the structure by destroying the virus and to promote physiological activity of the tissues. It also purifies and restores the blood. It also anti-infective agent, it destroys 73 % the HIV virus in vitro.

KAPHYOG 200mg:-This drug Rectifies (reform) all mucous membranes in the body after reducing the virus. It is also 70% anti-viral activity in vitro, so it destroys the causative factor.

MEDHAMRUT 200mg: - This drug tones up Neural activity by stimulating central peripheral nervous system. It enhances natural sleep, relieves insomnia, increases memory and enhances intellectual capacity. It also destroys 39 % HIV virus in vitro

All of above 4 drugs having Anti-viral as a single drug as explained above percentage. So if with the usage of its combination it may be 100%.

+Contra-Indications & Side Effects: No known contra- indications & side effects.

With the usage of these drugs the results, which method in preferable to know to get exact result before/ after completion of treatment are explained with examples as follows: -

(a)Elisa Test - Patient will get HIV Positive to HIV Negative at once, it may take 1 to 3 years before not possible to calculate exact position / condition.

(b)Western Blot Test - All Bands show gradually positive to negative one by one. Certain period after treatment. So before negative also it is possible to calculate in how much time, how many bands get disappeared and in how much time will the virus disappear.

©HIV RNA PCR QUANT. viral load comes down to absolute negative within 1 to 3 years i.e. if the viral load per each ml of blood have hundreds in a patient, the patient will get negative in 1 year, on the other hand if it is in thousands in 2 years, in lakhs in 3 years.

(d)CD4 absolute count comes back to normal during or after course of treatment 4 months. If he is not having any advanced associated diseases especially T.B.

With the usage of the above 4 medicines, All symptoms disappear completely within 2 to 3 months. It indicates how immunity is developed in the body by reducing its causative factor HIV i.e., normalization of organs day by day. Some examples of patients will prove this fact.

(i) ELISA TEST

Baby Kiravani, 1 year 6 months female baby Her parents are suffering infected with HIV-I positive. She got infected with HIV-I through her HIV infected mother (Smt.E.V.Laxmi). Soon after the delivery the baby was tested on 11/10/1999, and found HIV positive. All the three members including Baby Kiravani have taken our medicines as per our dosage schedule and found all symptoms subsided. After treatment she was tested on 3/1/2000 - Elisa test showed HIV-I Negative. It is evident that HIV infected children are amenable to our treatment. Now all three members are living healthily & happily.

After treatment turned HIV-positive to HIV- Negative - Examples cases:

(ii) WESTERN BLOT TEST

Sri . Rajeshwar Rao Before approaching our hospital he has under gone western blot test on Dt. 14/3/1997 at Apollo Hospital referred by Dr.P.Venkateswarlu. Out come was HIV-I all bands positive HIV-II Negative. Before treatment, his wife was aborted twice and since then having no children. Both took full course of treatment for 4 months on vegetarian based diet only. All accompanying symptoms subsided within 15 days to 30 days giving him great relief physically & mentally. After treatment he was tested at Sneha Poly Clinic on Dt. 29/10/99 Western Blot test showed that in HIV-I, out of 10 bands 8 bands turned negative and HIV-II Negative. Later his wife was blessed with a daughter. On 15.10.2000 all three members were tested and found HIV negative.

(iii) HIV RNA PCR QUANT. (VIRAL LOAD)

Patient named P.Siva Reddy, heart-patient using pacemaker and under-going treatment at NIMS, Hyderabad was tested and found HIV positive and his HIV RNA PCR QUANT. showed 89126 i.e. on 14.12.2001 - 40 days before treatment. Later when he had under-gone treatment with us his HIV RNA PCR QUANT. after 1 and half month i.e. on 3.7.2001 showed 14555. So Viral destroyed 89126 - 14555 = 74571.

The viral load of the following HIV/AIDS patients treated at our G.P.Institute / Hospital of Alternate Therapies & Research Centre has shown great difference within months.

Therefore, we declare 99 to 100% cure, if the patient is not having any dreaded disease like T.B., Cancer etc., then also it is curable upto 75 to 85% depending upon the severity of the T.B.or Cancer etc without any side effects. (Provided he uses allopathic medicine for T.B. and Cancer along with our medicine combinedly).

(iv) CD4 Test:

(i) K. Satyam: From Specialty Ranbaxy, Mumbai

Before 1-month treatment his Absolute CD4 count 171.
After 1-month completion of our treatment Absolute CD4 count 761.

(ii) Shaik Rafi: From Specialty Ranbaxy, Mumbai

During 3-rd month treatment his Absolute CD4 count 232.
After 3 months completion of our treatment Absolute CD4 count 983.

(7) National Aids Research Institute(N.A.R.I.), Pune (2001) are the prominent.

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE OF PATIENTS:

The patient is required to come only once at the time of taking medicine and need not come afterwards again. He can send any of his friends / relatives to take the next dosage of medicine till his result i.e. symptoms subside. He need not stay as in-patient in the hospital. He can use the medicine by staying at home and following his profession(if he is able to do his work if not advanced, otherwise advised rest for 2 months). There is no need to change the medicine. He can be treated with low cost. Within 15 days he will know the efficiency of the treatment and get confidence. Within 24 to 48 hours body heat / malaise which is the main symptom of the body is disappeared which is not possible during his life with any other system of medicine (even anyother Ayurvedic medicine) - Ayurvedic cure.

Opinion of treated patients:

Within a period of 15 to 30 days, 40% symptoms subside and unbelievable results can be seen. After completion of duration of treatment for four months, day by day the medicine rebuilds all organs in the body and helps in development of physiological activity of the cells. Thereby securing immunity and also reducing the percentage of virus compared to earlier. Finally, the patient attains a healthy body. Individual patients if HIV viral count difference but they attain same performance in all aspects.

Clinical Follow-up:
Most of the patients are not interested to have test after completion of treatment due to
1. Symptoms free.
2. Personal feeling that there is large improvement in his health when compared to before.
3. Comparison with neighbor patients health with his health without any relapse.
4. Monetary problems, time factor, travelling. lab test fee etc.,

After completion of our treatment all most all patients living healthy and happy and leading their own professions. Because these patients have followed our precautions certain diet restrictions, and taken treatment as per our instructions.

Here in case of these patients who suffer T.B. or any dreaded diseases along-with HIV, the medicine acts normally but the result is not seen so good. Due to loss of immunity i.e. due to presence of associated diseases the function of the organs are disturbed and hence drugs action is perfect but proper result is not obtained. That is why in some advanced associated diseases - cases ratio of result is low or decreased rate. That is result of drug is reduced due to other infections, if the patient is not having any dreaded diseases like T.B. or cancer 99% to 100% we declare cure for HIV/ AIDS. Hence, we have mentioned 75 - 85% only cure for the patients suffering with T.B. or any other dreaded disease.

Discontinue / Dropped patients opinion:

Some of the HIV/AIDS patients who discontinue treatment (i.e. who take treatment for the period of 1 to 3 months) also get relief of their symptoms. Their life span increases. These patients discontinue treatment due to:

(a) Disappearance of their symptoms within a short time.
(b) Improvement of their health condition.
(c) Monetary problems.
(d) Comparison of his health with neighbor patient's health.
(e) Fear of Society.

Some patients while approaching us for taking treatment of AIDS / HIV infection give us false address probably to avoid giving their real identities, to get rid of acquiring bad name, shame to themselves, family and society. So we do very strictly maintain their details as confidential and try to convince them in order to keep their faith on our secrecy of individual identity of every patient at our Research Institute / hospital.

G.P. Institute/Hospital of Alternate Therapies & Research Centre has been serving the patients since 36 years without charging consultation fee. The Doctor has been serving the patients without taking any grant/aid from Government. The Doctor's aim is that the patients need not stay in the hospital as in-patient is available and can be treated while doing their profession at home. However, this hospital is a 30-bedded hospital in the heart of the city.

From the above facts, it is a proof that the treatment at G.P.Institute/Hospital of Alternate Therapies & Research Centre is a boon to HIV/AIDS patients but Government is not coming forward to announce the same. Though the Doctor is ready with Diagnostic proofs through i.e. CD4 Absolute Count Reports, HIV RNA PCR QUANT. Western Blot Test Reports, Elisa test etc. but the Government is not coming forward to announce the same in order to save the HIV/AIDS patients.

Principle: Total drug for total cure is our guiding principle for achieving encouraging results.

1. With least cost diseases can be cured. According to the HIV viral quantity, result of the treatment will be there.

2. All the organs as far as possible become normal than as before and blood are purified and as a result the person becomes healthy.

3. With the usage of these medicines, the person can become normal as before.

4. There is no age bar i.e. from child to old age.

5. There are no side effects at all.

6. There is no need for the patient to stay in the hospital as in -patient, he can stay at home and get treatment done.

7. It he is having any associated diseases, he take treatment same with allopathy simultaneously with our medicine as our drugs are not contra indicated with any Allopathic medicine,

8. In this manner all the money, which he requires on transportation, travelling, time etc will be saved.

9. Not only removes the existing problems in the body but all the incoming problems are also stopped from entering into the body.

Conclusion:

In our experience, we have noticed that many patients may be cured by HIV infection with in 6 months, beyond 6 months to 1 year and 1 year or between 1year to 3 years, depending on the viral load condition per 1 ml of blood in the patient, immunity present in the body and behaviour. However, it is our better experience, previously, that many of or patients are unable to go for viral load test which is very costly, prohibitive and beyond the reach of our poor, middle class patients.

Upto the year 2001, we used to give the results/ patient's condition basing on the CD4 test during and after completion of our treatment and how many bands disappeared. This was because of the reason that the cost of viral load test is very costly from since 5 months reduced to a large extent. I.e., CD4 test with viral load (HIV Monitor test by Specialty Ranbaxy, Mumbai) now cost only Rs.3, 350/- and previously it was Rs.12, 000/-. Now patients are coming forward to get their health condition. Hence now it has become very easy for us and prove result of patients within weeks / months.
